Tabbr: Tab Manager
Tabbr is a free tab manager add-on for the Chrome browser developed by pterhx. It aims to enhance your browsing experience by providing a quick and efficient way to search for and navigate between tabs.
With Tabbr, you can start a search for a specific tab by simply pressing Ctrl+T (OSX) or Alt+T (Windows/Linux/ChromeOS). This allows you to quickly find the tab you're looking for, even if you don't remember its title. Tabbr's search functionality includes tab title, content, and URL, making it easy to locate what you're looking for based on keywords in their content.
One unique feature of Tabbr is the ability to jump to the last tab by immediately hitting enter after opening the Tabbr interface. This saves you time and allows for seamless navigation between your most recent tabs.
Additionally, Tabbr provides a preview of each tab with a snapshot displayed on the side. This visual representation helps you quickly identify the content of each tab without actually opening it.
Please note that Tabbr is currently in beta, which means it may still have some bugs or performance issues. However, it offers a promising solution for managing and organizing your tabs efficiently in Chrome.
